would swimming high intensity like 2-3x a week build an aesthetic physique and in how long if I'm 15 on a very high protein high fat diet?

i would recommend gym for a guy that has just grown a lot and is skinny which is for most of us at 15 and just try to build up muscle for the metabolic and androgenic increase so that you can grow bigger skull and hands. make sure to do low volume and try to not fuck any of your tendons since that will drastically slow down your progress.

21 inch bideltoids at 15 180cm 70kg. is that considered absolutely cooked? i have no idea i just measured them and i don't work out.

i know it decreases test but i cant risk getting infections. im doing alot to maxx out my test so that swimming wont affect it too much + there are no salt water pools where i live

idk why i haven't thought of this at all i was literally thinking about going ketogenic and starvemaxxing like i did before just for the sake of hollow cheeks but i just realized i probably won't look good when i'm older and i'll have an undeveloped skull with no bone structure. i've been doing omad keto for the past like year now should i get off of it or is the fasting good for hgh? i'm kinda lost atm. im on keto for the sake of debloating aswell. idek if my metabolism is already done for

ive already cut down 30kg on an aggressive calorie deficit in like 6ish months am i done for

i was medically morbidly obese though

fasting is good if you limit it to 18 hours of intermittent but not more. you can have 2 big meals per day but you really don't want to agressiveyl do it a deficit of 400-600 is enough. it doesn't lead to higher hgh either it's just bullshit.

i'm only gonna cut down like 3 kg very slowly until i have like 15% body fat then eat in my maintenance for the next 4 years

don't go swimming at all then if you can't find non chlorinated pools

do sprinting/basktetball/cycling instead

i doubt you will ever be able to calorie cut enough to really cause any sort of malnourishment, also the swimmers you see on tv in olympics arent buff from swimming its from the gym

why not get ur dad or brother to sign up for gym so you can use their membership card, thats what i had to do when i was younger, or i would just claim i was older

you'll look fine. Just do pullups at a local park or something. most gym equipment is garbage. You'll enjoy swimming so do that as well. Don't do any long distance swimming because that'll fuck your test. a squat rack is somethn you'll find only in a gym so figure something out

i have pure iron circle weights at home just no barbell or anything for them. i can use them for weighted squats if that gives the same stimulus to the muscle
 
you’re going to have a over developed lats and shoulders with an underdeveloped chest arms and legs. which isn’t really going to look as good as having proportionate balanced physique from regular lifting. or just train your underdeveloped parts at home or sum
