Acne is due to prolactin. Minimising through progesterone and Bromocriptine is better than AIs as latter have some activity in the allopregnenolone pathway and can disrupt some downstream steroid production that would have normally taken place.

AI normally will worsen your acne and try your skin out. It decreases estrogen, something very vital for your overall skin health. And it raises your T. If your body can't react well to this obviously flawed hormonal balance, acne will be created, but to what extent is genetic.

For me, every time I take AI, in the next two days, I get a mini-breakout
