Would taking collagen peptides be a waste of money if you are still young?

By young I mean early 20s. I know collagen production supposedly starts to decline slowly after like 20. I was wondering if it would make a difference on my skin quality if I took 20g of hydrolized beef collagen peptides a day, or would it be a waste of money?

Still worth taking. Glycine is a must for anti-aging, as it prevents glycation, reduces cellular stress, etc.

Better to read this
