Would taking very little sodium bloat you or a healthy amount.

Since balance is key and everything if I take a good amount of sodium would it bloat more or less than taking like no sodium, people say little to no sodium is bad for you so i am wondering.

Just cut it out where it is uncessary, same with sugar, and consume more electrolytes like potassium and magnesium

Yeah but Idk why but i feel like if i eat like little to no sodium i think i get bloated and im just wondering like maybe some sodium is like healthy and makes u debloated?

Sodium is also an electrolyte so if u dont have any its not gonna bbe good for u eitehr

in my opinion eat salt as much as you can, of course dont overdo it, but if we look into how your body actually works then we find out it needs sodium for all the other electrolytes to function properly. thats why in many electrolyte drinks you see added salt because theres no point of potassium and magnesium if your sodiums levels arent check. salt is good for your body, just use natural salt like sea salt
