Would the SBLA Beauty Eyelift wand work?

I was doing research on Upneeq and I came across the SBLA beauty eyelift wand and does it work to hide upper eyelid exposure as well? I mean it's mainly if you have low lying eyelids and I do so I'm just wondering if that's what it's meant for and also if it works
