Would these changes be possible ?

I have done some editing to myself in my nose and my right eye area. would these changes be possible with a blepharoplasty and a rhinoplasty?

The results look more akin to a canthoplastly + blepharoplasty, but yes this would be a possible transformation. The jaw would not widen though.
