Im probably going to get rhino, jaw implants, a fat graft around the eyes for extra support and hooding.
Im also loosing wheight at hhe moment for some extra cheek hollowness and to get a bit more visible bonemass and therefpre i might get zygo implants if my zygos dont get prominent enough. Im also using volufiline ariund the eyes, i know it might be shit but syill seems worth reying and im probably going to up my astaxanthin dosage to stop grey skin undertones and probably going on dutasteride to slow aginf and possibly im thinking about growing a light beard on the sides for more coloring

Is there anything else i should do?

Definitely needs A lot of work, you could start with the rhino and make sure it goes well first, you need more eversuon in your massetters, so PEEKs or a an assorted trimax is neccesary, and strive to make the eye area more striking.

There is absolutely nothing natural about implants, it is cope compared to natural genetics so, expect some level of extreme. I can’t imagine a way to make him stand out more than the average white guy. Bad pheno

ur bone structure isn’t terrible but a more pronounced jawline would def help. Rhino will help you too which i’m also getting soon lol. Maybe try growing your eyelashes to give your eye area more contrast, eyebrows look pretty grown and dark already. I think the biggest thing holding u back is ur nose which i can resonate with because it holds me back too. Rhinoplastymaxx and see how u look afterwards before going for fillers, etc.

his zygos aren’t terrible his face is relatively lean which helps them stand out. I feel like he needs to jawmaxx, his face would look way better if the jaw was wider.
