Maybe? I assume the hair follicles growing on your eyebrows react pretty much the same as the hair on your scalp would. But if you're aiming for more thickness, doing dermarolling and minoxodil would be more efficient. Also, if you want to just straight up fraud thick eyebrows, I recommend mascara (tinted to the colour which you want of course) or a brow pen for men.
