That's why you get Genio, which was my original point. Not worth the jaw surgery route

I mean pretty much everyone (width decent posterior facial depth and orbits) will mog hard after a custom trimax, but if you can get 80% of the results with a genioplasty, why not. (I shouldnt have seen those morphs of me after trimax now im forever cursed with the knowledge of whats isnt lmao)
