When you suddenly increase carbs you bloat aggressively, so if you suddenly decrease carbs you debloat aggressively. This makes sense but will it work

Carbs increase insulin release, which also in turn will also increase your gh levels.

Meat and fish is nasty? what subhuman food are you buying fella

Ur the guy that eats a lot of eggs right? What else do u eat?
The days I go the gym:

Breakfast: 12 eggs, a few bagels, half a liter of milk, a cup of black coffee
Before gym: 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 bananas, and a drink mix made with soda water, salt, and a lemon.
After gym: 400-600gr of basmati rice, 1kg of chicken or 500gr of minced meat, 200-300gr of plain yogurt.
Before sleep: A smoothie made with 1lt of milk, 2 raw eggs, 2 bananas, a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of peanut butter, 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil, and a LOT of cinnamon.

The days I don't go I just eat what my mom cooks.

U bulking?

My bulk was crazy I used to drink 4L of whole milk, spam butter on all my foods and eat higher quantities of meat.

Now it’s the same, but since I’m cutting I keep it to 1800 cals max.

I was, now I'm trying to lose weight. I've lost 3kg so far. Currently 112kg at 198cm.

Nah it's not nasty just bad roi because it doesn't taste like 30 mins hard work cooking it

Nice. I actually stopped my bulk at exactly 112kg at 196cm jfl. Been cutting for three weeks, now I’m at about 97kg, and about 20% bf.

"When you suddenly increase physical activity, you tire out more easily, so if you suddenly decrease physical activity you gain energy rapidly."

abysmal theory

Great man. My bf is currently around 20-22%. I hope I can manage to go down as far as 13-14 again.

Ogre diet but kinda okay-ish

Ditch the subhuman peanut butter for a starter.

Learn to cook then, takes 15 mins to make something good and tasty

Peanut butter is a meme bro, it's not a protein food, even less a healthy one

It's a fatty vegetable oil food that brings you no nutrition.

It has anti nutrients

Its amino acid profile is incomplete

It is full of omega 6 which are highly inflammatory

You're not having too much of it I reckon but eliminating that slave food entirely is a smart idea.
