Would this stack be effective against hyperpigmentation?

- Dermaneedling
- Chemical exfoliation (peels)
- Physical exfoliation
- Kojic Acid Dipalmitate

I plan on adding Vitamin C to the regimen soon. Nothing looking to lighten past my normal skin tone atm, just wanna focus on getting rid of hyperpigmentation first.
