I have one of these gel masks which you put in the fridge and it will turn cold. Would this work for ice hooding?

Yea good idea, I think it would. Though it get painful very quick, taking on and off might be a pain

i use something like that and you’ll get used to it after a while. first few days are pain because its cold but you wont be damaging anything

I use one in the freezer but just as bonus. For ice hooding I use ice straight to eye area and hold.
