Would tret + derma help undereye creases?

My infras are recessed not that recessed but a bit, since Im on tretinoin it made my skin tight as hell I was wondering if derma stamping and tretinoin would make the tear troughs a bit tighter or it's over and I need fat grafting

Has anyone did the same shit like derma stamp undereyes and apply tiny bit of tret right on the infraorbital bone

definitely the better option. However this would probably cause slight improvement

Even if so I'll try since in theory it should work since tretinoin makes your skin tight and feels like shit when trying to make expressions
