Would Tyler Maher, or any other similar Chad still be handsome facially if they had acne?

Yeah, because it wont change their ratios and bones. Health indicators are important, but if low acne is the only thing it should not take too much away, maybe a little though.

If it was Tyler Maher i would guess he would be known as; "Chad with acne" or something like that
