No and to be honest many ideal ESR standards have been based on photos with lens distortion typical of wide angle cameras. The whole “science” of facial ratios is very problematic as they can vary wildly between - at the extremes - a front camera selfie and a CT scan measured orthogonally.

Same with people judging canthal tilt from a selfie pic lol

Best we can really do rn is to just focus on ascending one's eye area as much as possible via other proven procedures like infras or cantho etc

I think it kinda depends, but i would say u need extremly close to justify obo

Yea but upper bleph i dont know if you need. Rhino is the biggest thing for sure to remove the asian within you

But look at Cosmic’s case. Most would say it wasn’t an improvement. And Ape’s isn’t available to the public

Don’t get me wrong I wish it was clear cut and viable but it doesn’t appear that way

I have a lil close set eyes. Ideally I wanna make it to 46%. My FWHR is 1.87x and 1.33x total height to width ratio. Midface ratio 0.93-0.95 (depends). One eye apart test around 1.06x (Asian pheno). I'll do trimax probably before. So do u think OBO is high iq move? My orbitals a bit assymetrical but not that substantially visible. Also I have low set cheekbones. I plan to lengthen chin via trimax (genio) so total height to width will be around 1.37x(ish) and cheekbone implants to make look them high set. P.S. very old photos where I'm somehow not bloated, now i'm more bloated with poor features but can send it anyways. Also I'm frauding front with subtle smile for better mouth width to nose ratio. yeah I get it. I changed my plan, already did upper blepharoplasty, no healing and will do rhinoplasty at least. Already found a surgeon that agreed with me on this. Hope will find surgeon that will help with trimax too

You mean infra maybe? Yeah I will get trimax+rhino, then I’ll see what implants will really ascend, cuz cheekbone implants can cook my ESR, paranasal implants could be redundant if trimax properly, only infras left, I have gigantic browridge, so idk about supras, but yeah, thanks for opinion

Your IPD will go to shit
You would never be able to get it anyway as there is only 1 crazy person in the world who would be down to operate on you using relatively safer methods. This person charges 50k usd and there is a 70% chance that the surgery will never happen.
OBO is only justifable for people with .425 ESR or below, with small IPD.
