Tbh 5'9-11 is a big jump in percentiles, from like 40th to 70th maybe

frame ofcourse, i have a guy in my class who is a bit above 2 m and his frame is absoultely horrid his hips and ass are most likely wider than his clavicels and he cant even walk straight fr hes just tall for nothing

yea. i dont have the best fram either but u could aways jsut lose as much weight as possbile and try to train shoulders and abck it helped me quite a bit
