Lefort doesn't shorten midface to my understanding. In fact, nothing will.

The two inches of height. Compact midface is a huge bonus but your midface can't be that big of a problem unless it's the downwards growth mouthbreather thing, in which case lower third is the real problem. Height is way more noticeable in real life and I would take 2 more inches in the form of my scoliosis being straightened and then I'd be 6'4".

I would not take more height if it meant having a horseface, though.
