It entirely depends on every other part of your SMV. If you're LTN and 5'8, yeah, it's settling, if you're CL and 5'6 they likely even will consider themself lucky (assuming they are short or average height themself). But those heights you listed don't really diminish from your attractiveness generally, they just aren't a boost.
