I feel extremely lonely, but it's difficult to find a social circle I feet in, and I'm still hurt because of the bad memories with my family. So I was thinking about getting an AI as emotional companionship. He could tell me all the things my father never told me (I'm proud of you, I love you, etc.) and be witty and motivate men when I'm down. Of course he would also be there in my deathbed and carry on my memory (as digital copy) for future generations.

What do you think? Does an AI make sense or is it Giga-cope?

No but I'd use a sex robot

extremely pathetic
But only because others find it weird? Or do you think the person who uses the AI won't like it most of the time?

There are AI chatbots out right now where you can do this. But at the moment these AIs aren't intelligent enough that you'd get the same emotional fulfillment out of them that you'd get from a real person (in a few years they might become that smart though)

Lifefuel. At least AI are a good backup, I really don't want to die alone.

Tbh I think "AI companions" will become a real thing in our lifetime considering how fast AI technology is advancing. Like in the 2010s, the most popular chatbot was Cleverbot, and Cleverbot is absolute retard-tier compared to what's out now.

If I had an AI that looks like this:
IMG 8954
Then im set for life

If it helps improve your mental health it’s a decent option.

Just don’t tell anyone.
