Looks like his surgeon and orthodontist weren’t prioritizing aesthetics. He went from subhuman to LTN. Face went from badly recessed to completely flat. As others have noted he needs more advancement. I’m not sure why they only did 5mm in the mandible when he clearly needed double that. Potentially some combination of a revisionary genio and/or jaw implant would ascend him to MTN.

No I would never go through such a surgery for only 5mm. 15mm+ or death.
