Nah the winds and 3rd degree burns are what would fuck you over. If you got hit directly you'd probably feel nothing as you would instantly vaporized and cease to exist

Maybe I watch too many hollywood movies, but I swear I can't get that terminator scene where connors mom gets obliterated in one of her visions or whatever. Like her death happened quickly due to the nuke going off, but her skin peeled off then it was just her bones. If that fraction of a second; you would feel all the pain
