• You get to travel around the world a lot
• Perfecting your craft and being in the gym/working out every day sounds like a dream to me
• Can retire at 40 whilst being financially secure

Exactly, for the elite guys, it's literally easy. Khabib wrestled bears when he was a child for Christ sake, no guy in that octagon will ever scare him.
Same thing with Miocic, the guy is a part-time firefighter, someone who jumps into burning buildings won't be scared of a 265-pound man trying to take his head off, that's nothing to him.
