Recessed mandible only is guaranteed LTN to HTN+ ascension in one simple BSSO.

If the maxilla is recessed then most likely the Lefort 2 area is also recessed which is GG.

Lucky me, I have recessed maxilla and even more recessed mandible but with a natural bite compensation that made me ineligible for public treatment (probably a blessing given the state of NHS)…
