While I don’t have a job, I do go to university. But here’s the kicker: obligations related to university only take 2 days out any given week.

Personally, I still identify as a NEET or as a semi-NEET at the very least, considering out of 168 hours each week, I’m only busy for almost 11 hours.

In my own opinion no your not. You’re making progress in life regardless and probably making your parents proud op. That disqualifies you as NEET.

Then I go to university 2 times a week for about the same, I basically do nothing I feel like how I did prior as a neet just better because I get money.

Fair enough. I know by definition I can’t be one. But given how much free time I have compared to the average student/employee, and how my life is not really all that different from when I was an actual NEET (as in, no school, no job, no training), I genuinely do feel as a (semi-)NEET.
