Yes, the hair is clearly thinning at the temples. Though they do naturally have an unflatteringly low caveman hairline to begin with.

Could be receding, could also be growing back.

My hairline looked like that when I initially hopped on dut because the vellus hairs grew back.

But assuming he’s not on min/fin/derma/dut yeah it’s the first stage of recession.
