That’s why even employers now basically use IQ tests because of the over saturation of degrees. They call them psychometric tests but they are glorified verbal and numerical iq tests.

Big accounting firms for example only accept people with 90th percentile scores upwards which is basically 120iq +

Don’t need to be intelligent to get A*s for A levels. Teaches also inflate predictions to give students a shot at the top colleges.

Being a polyglot for fun is a sign of intelligence though. The ability to assimilate new information is basically what iq is all about.

You need to have some sort of baseline intelligence to do well in school.

Languages are so easy to learn tbh. It’s all pattern recognition and memory

I got A*s in everything. Don’t have an iq higher than 120-130.

School work is very learnable and trainable. I’m convinced a 100iq guy could be a straight A student with hard work.

I found languages easy too. Languages are very structured and predictable.
