Nordics are tall and they are exposed to cold, indonesians are tall, think about it, i know someone who has womanlet and manlet parents and he is 5' 11" just becouse of cold showers, cold showers helped me grow taller for sure, also get sunlight or take vitamin D

I’m getting, the pain could be the worst pain imaginable for 24 hours and I’d still get it. It’s only 4 hours of pain and 2 months of rehab for something that significantly changes your life in a positive way.

No it isn’t dumbass, the operation is 4 hours and the recovery process is 2-3 months, then a year later you get the rods in your legs taken out.
Even if it was 6 months of pain/discomfort that’s still a short amount of time to sacrifice compared to the benefits.
