I mean he performs surgeries all the time so some are bound to be good. I don't know THAT much about him beyond what Frank Tufano has shared, mostly because I have never considered any eye surgeries myself. Research him propperly before making any rash decisions. Its very evident that he is almost impossible to sue though, so keep that in mind in case he botches
