The Catch:
You must permanently lose one hand of your choice (chopped off, raw pain, no high-tech cybernetic prosthetics—just a basic hook or plastic hand)

The brutal reality of this sacrifice:
• No thumbpulling, bonesmashing...
• Gym/Calisthenics gains destroyed: Zero pull-ups, no bench press, no heavy deadlifts. You become an HTN face with a completely lopsided frame.
• Gaming over: No more Minecraft or competitive gaming with a hook.
• Daily nightmare: Typing, cooking, and basic tasks become a struggle.
