You would now think why not, what are the downsides?
But there are many, he would get fucking bullied in school because he would walk around with headgear and he would be seen as a creep because hes eating raw organs at lunch. So he would probably be alone in his youth, become depressed and anti social. Would his looks at the end of the day be worth it?
Imo I would let him live a normal life.
