Quite rare especially in East India
I saw a brown girl with blue eyes(A60 color)for the first time ever about 7 months ago
I've seen brown kids,young/middle aged men with colored eyes but among brown females it's pretty rare like I said before

But Rajasthan is one such place in India where there's higher chances of seeing brown women with colored eyes,than in any other part of the country

Light eyes are fairly common in most of north India, although darker curries with light eyes are very rare.
