This is somewhere around the right answer, even if it doesn't affect the final result (amount of halo effect and girls) you need to be one badass self esteemed guy to be able to rock short height with ZERO issues with it, I would assume the only way to achieve this is to hit puberty fast and be solid height throughout teenage years and also get all the validation and normal upbringing so that you can be content with your height.

if i had good frame at 5'9" whilst being htn then id choose that all day. if my frame is bad then 6'3" mtn.

Not necessarily more halo and girls but the difference wouldn't be that large, being at peace with your height requires you actually getting results and also just understanding that you can't control it, yes it does seem like the classic just be confident advice but it is the truth, why be bothered when it's not in your control, also men are quite the competitive gender so a guy that is twice your size surely isn't a great thing on your biological radar, it will probably go away if you actually get with a girl/girls.
