Someone is only deemed innocent by the court of law, he could be “innocent” yet scream at his wife and treat his kid badly.

If he really is innocent even outside of the law and everything, I probably would still kill him. If I didn’t take his life then I would be swallowed up by my own shadow from regret, but if I did kill him. I would live a better life overall and have so much fun that I would eventually forget about it or keep it as an old forgotten memory.
