It very rarely snows in my dad's country but if in the event it does, it's usually in the far north.

I like climate with warm winter like New York. So I could dress better with layers, coat and boots.

In hot type of weather all u can do is wear shorts and t shirt. You can go shirtless and bodymog fat normies but nothing beside that. Basically only on vacation
