Cape Independence is a good thing if you know anything about ANC and South African politics in general. That country should be dismembered entirely considering that they don't have a strong civic nationalistic front and that ethnic/racial ties are a bigger determinant for polling rather than things such as fiscal, infrastructural, educational policy etc.
