not everyone has 100,000 in savings. Even if you have a 6 figure job, you will probably have to wait at least 3 years before having enough money saved because of taxes and living expenses

This is cope.
Double LL costs 100k but you cant do it in one go anyway.
If you are from europe and dont mind living in a foreign country form3-4 months you can do LL for about 50-55k for femur and 8 cm
This includes 42k for surgery 4k for removal and between 4 and 10k for stay in an airbnb or hotel.
Double LL is rougly 80-90k in surgery costs, removal sbout 8k and stay between 8 and 20k.
But remember you dont have to pay that at once.
If you just get an office job and work remote it is doable to do all that in 3-4 years. Depending on when you start you might be 6 inches taller by 22.

this is possible if you have very fixable flaws and go to giant and have a good result. Which probably also costs at least 50k.
However for most people it seems to be imposible to get more then 2 points from surgerymaxxing except when you combine 20+ surgerys including lefort 3, obo and trimax, many implants rhino and many soft surgerys. The chance that all of these surgerys lead to a complication free result seems quite optimistic. In total max 2.5 points maybe 3 but with 300k spend on surgerys.
LL can do the same for 100k
