If you end up working your entire life, you spend literally 50% of each day being enslaved to someone, and 25% of that day being tired from work. Some people would unironically rather stay financially independent and sexless than have to go through that.
being a NEET isn't all that great. I'd rather work at amazon, delieving packages without the option of being chad, than be a glorified NEET

Wageslaving (first choice doesnt allow cool jobs like modelling) is much worse than "boring no work life".
To me it's boring, I was neeting for 6 months and i didn't feel well, even with stress in college i rather do things that keep my mind occupied.
Why? you can do any hobby you want specially if you are true finacially free. Theres so many things to do aside from wageslaving its not even funny. Not having a "normal job" doesnt mean you have to rot everyday in your room without leaving your bed or something.
People's minds work differently
Yea I know. Its that so many people have the idea that if you wont wageslave or live a super career white collar oriented life, you are some loser NEET who has piss bottles in his room.
You can still work towards smth and keep yourself busy, the point is that you become independent, no one will be forcing you and there are no consequences of not working. You can achieve so much more this way than with a wageslave job while worrying about money
you can even choose to go to a usually wageslave white collar job for shit and giggles to keep you entertained, and at the first sign they want to overwork/cuck you you give the middle finger to the boss and walk out the door, leaving clear that you were there just to pass time.
