Both are unfixable death sentences. Although a reverse orbital box osteotomy could technically be done to make the IPD longer but good luck finding any doctor willing to do it for the first time ever in history.

My philtrum is a-ok it's just the angle. Also you would have to get a LF3 which is impossible unless you know a jewish maxillofacial surgeon.
