5'8'' isn't super short, and it's easier to build decent muscles too, most 6'2'' people are lanklets remember, most 5'8'' people are robust.

I'd 100% take the short guy. If you are comparing a 9/10 short guy with a 5/10 6'2'' guy, I'd say the height where it flips for the short guy is of he's below 5'4''.
