HTN from poverty is climbing above median easily. wealthy ltn will hate his life while the poor HTN will be fucking every girl he breathes near, poor people in better situations like an HTN would end up in will just work out also, the wealthy have no reason to be strong. icl the answers pretty obvious. money is only so useful but its a crutch not a new set of biological legs.
