Still fine if she has genuinely good mother traits. Looks are an awesome thing, but family/care/having the ability to develop in a safe environment is crucial. Lana Rhoades is not going to be a safe mother for that child, and realistically they will be an insanely fucked up person who will likely never develop the sentience to escape that.
