Would you rather go up a level In looks (ltn-mtn, mtn-htn, etc) or have a 4 inch growth spurt?

Neither.

I used to be slightly higher in terms of looks. It didn't help me.

Growing 4 inches (which would make me 6'1") wouldn't help me either. I met a 6'4" autist on another forum who's a virgin at 34.

Being neurotypical would help me more than a height boost or looks boost

Being NT is key.
Since I became more NT because of deliberate exposure, I noticed girls are more receptive and the interactions are much smoother.
Also being able to start and hold a convo with anyone is the best multiplier of slays.
