Nope I’m 18 got braces when I was 13/14 now i still have a fixed retainer and with the wisdom teeth erupting I have a shiton of pain but I’ve noticed my jaw got way better and idk if it’s thanks to wisdom teeth or just growing and blasting a little of test and var
