Teeth all tipped in, classic sign of narrow palate and my 12 year molar hasn't come in yet on that side even though im 20. idk. That metal wire on the back of my front lower is a permanent retainer they put on me when I was like 15 and my braces were done. Hope it didnt fuck me even more but I honestly dont think so it doesn't seem like it would. What are your thoughts?

Fuck yeah nigga 1cm of expansion is hella good. I was confident I could probably squeeze out like 6 or 7 mm but ill basically just crank the thing up as far as it can go being mindful of aesthetics. I think they can tip the bottom teeth out using like a normal ass bottom retainer expander or whatever; that should be the easy part. Yes, I have asymmetry. Its like my right side has much less maxillary development. border line recessed infra on the right, worse gonial angle, and even my nose looks worse from the right side. it honestly also even feels like a shorter mandibular length altogether. its not super 'noticable' but its absolutely noticable if you take pictures and put it side by side. My bite is also uneven, the masseter on my right side is hard to activate, and as a result I have to chew on the tall side of the rubber chewing blocks on the right side and use the short side on the left.

Trust me bro these retarded ass orthos dont know shit about airways and aesthetics. All they know is line the teeth up and call it a day. I had a 'class two malocclusion' (yeah no shit sherlock i mouthbreathed for years and years and was recessed as fuck) and nobody even bothered to discuss why this may have happened and why I had gone from perfect development to fucked. And what do they do to fix it? Retractive bands and braces.

Ive already got an appointment with the local nigga about my 'invisalign' since my mom and I agree that I need to 'fix my smile and teeth'. As you can see they are fucked kinda, didn't wear my retainer at all after braces becasue I didn't want to stunt any more expansion, got a chip in one and also yellow. I think the ortho is like super chill and im going to just drop the nuke saying 'bruh lemme keep it real w you I need a marpe, check this palate its cooked, cant fit my tounge up there, and larp about breathing problems and sleep issues and whatnot. Ill also probably say it would improve my smile aesthetically so yeah. Lets take this to the DMs though and discuss everything in more detail I feel like we might be in the same boat.
