Didn’t watch but if it’s your head hair, it’s not “a lot,” it’s just long because you let it grow. If it reaches your shoulders, I’d say it’s the beginning of long. If you grow it longer than that, then it’s long. If it reaches your eyes or nose, then I’d say it’s medium length, and if it reaches your eyebrows/forehead or shorter, it’s short.
