I have a condition known as venous leakage it has no cure and makes you have to constantly stimulate your penis to keep an erection, I also for some reason after orgasming can keep going and skip the refractory period, if after orgasming I keep stimulating my penis I don't lose the erection and can have another orgasm a few second after the first one, I can have multiple orgasms this way one after the other, I just had like 10 orgasms in a row like 30 minutes ago, the bad thing is that the orgasms lower in intensity after the first 3 or 4, sometimes the second or third is more intense but generally the first one is the best.
