I am satisfied with my appearance so I'd say no.

Assuming I needed ascension, and assuming I could absolutely trust this random obscure company to do a perfect job... I'd still have a hard time answering since I never had kids. I guess it would be easy to say "yes, I would", but then again, many people say that once they see their child for the first time they feel things they thought they'd never feel.
