Hey, right next to my small town there was largest summer camp in Romania. Also an amusement park and plenty of bars, clubs and restaurants where the kids could mingle with the locals. Tons of opportunities for a teenager to slay, during summer every week a new batch of people would arrive, many of them high-school girls, it was pretty amazing...

Well, sadly the camp is mostly closed now and in ruins, the teens would also be most likely under strict supervision, I mean back then no one cared what they did in a camp, many of them would drink, smoke, bang each other, etc. now they would get force-fed lessons about women rights, LGBT, human trafficking, etc.

Soyciety ruins everything, If adults now weren't such bitter incels that would relax a little bit and let some stuff happen because they already know what these kids want to do, Who are they to actively stop it, Now if you catch them in the act that's different. If I was a camp counselor (depending on the age) I would basically give them the tools to sneak out, be loud on patrol and walk slowly, etc. to not get caught and they can have a fun moment.
