The biggest problem is that some of them have feminine bodies but dick and male faces are an insane turn off. I’d agree with the tranny thing but most of those surgeries look abysmal too

Yeah, absolute last resort typa thing. I'll never get there thankfully, just hypothetically, that's as far as I'd go if I was gigasubhuman.
