Getting titanium implants and metal screws is technically a softmaxx since metals are naturally occurring in the earth, so your just putting some natural stuff in your body.

I have a pretty flat browridge, fat grafting is better for a more moderate change which is if you have a flat browridge which it isn't very weak like mine so, I'm taking implant instead
